Opening hours
All of our Character festive Doorstep Visits run every 30 minutes on the following dates:
– 1st of December “Elf Arrival Day” – 9am to 8pm
– Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st, Monday 22nd & Tuesday the 23rd of December – 9am to 8pm
– Christmas Eve, 24th of December – 8am to 6.30pm
We anticipate the 1st Of December “Elf Arrival Day” and Christmas Eve to sell out within a few days. Doorstep Visits will be offered on a first come first served basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking., with the remaining balance due two weeks prior.
Each visit will receive one Christmas Eve Gift Box per household.
Additional boxes are available at £6.50 each.
